On Monday, January 16th, the Gwinnett Gladiators will be hostinga special “Kid’s Day Out.” We’ll be handing out an educational pamphlet to all kids detailing facts about hockey and the Gladiators, as well as a special section explaining the history behind the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.

PBC is a non profit organization that for over 30 years has been promoting youth recreational sports in the Peachtree Corners area. We offer fall and spring soccer seasons at Jones Bridge Park, winter and spring Roller Hockey programs at Pinckneyville Park, and winter basketball at Pinckneyville Middle School. Peachtree Boosters Club is run by volunteers with the support of the Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation Department.
The purpose of PBC is to service the community by promoting parent-child activities and instill a sense of sportsmanship. What it means is that we promote recreational sports. One practice a week, one game a week; we want to make it easy for the parents and the students to participate. We want to encourage kids to be active and play sports, with the emphasis on playing.

TRAVEL TEAM TRYOUTS
PBC Sports is organizing new travel teams to play year around through the 2012 and 2013 tournament seasons. We are looking for experienced inline hockey players who want to play in competitive tournaments and are committed to a developing team over this time period.
Age Groups: 10U (Birth year 01/02),
8U (Birth Year 03/04)
When: Saturday January 14, 2012,
1hr tryouts 8U @ 5pm, 10U @ 6pm
When: Saturday January 21, 2012,
1hr tryouts 8U @ 4pm, 10U @ 5pm
***arrive 20min prior for check-in****
